Our Community
Each year, we donate up to 3% of our sales in the form of in-kind services to nonprofits in our community. It’s one way we give back to the city we call home.
It takes a village
Nonprofit and community service organizations have played a pivotal role in our lives. As such, we strive to give back to our community in as many ways as we can. And while our industry was ruined during COVID, we continued to support nonprofits in the Seattle community.
What we support
As part of the services we provide for your event, we will consider giving a partial in-kind equipment sponsorship. This sponsorship will be listed as a line item on the quote or invoice.
What we don't support
With rare exceptions, we don’t sponsor the entire cost of AV services for an event or an event where the audio-visual services are being provided by other AV companies.
Deadline
Sponsorship and in-kind requests are reviewed and considered year-round. Please note that all sponsorship requests need to be submitted and approved prior to event materials being published.
